Donation offer expires one year from the closing auction date of April 30, 2022, unless otherwise specified. Tax-deductible as provided by law. Portola Valley Schools Foundation Tax ID number is 93-1012148. Donor understands that this gift may be sold at auction, or through buy-in party sign-ups, if an appropriate price can be obtained. Donor hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Portola Valley Schools Foundation and its officers, agents, and employees, including without limitations all persons acting through or for Portola Valley Schools Foundation, from any claim, damage or liability of any kind or nature arising out of this gift and its sale. For income tax purposes, this form will serve to confirm that donor has not received any goods or services in exchange for the donation.
