Who are we?

The Portola Valley Schools Foundation is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization which allows parents and the local community to contribute money to the Portola Valley schools. The Foundation raises money for both immediate and long-term needs. The Foundation provides approximately 10% of the school district's budget each year, benefiting each of the more than 700 students at Ormondale and Corte Madera Schools. While the Annual Campaign, eScrip, Holiday Auction and Gala events raise new funding each year to meet this need, the Endowment makes grants for ongoing investments in infrastructure, programs and staff development using the interest generated by capital raised over many years.
